Precision and high quality

The heart of the department are our 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. Their high precision level and flexibility makes it possible for us to solve complex tasks, where the customer will make great demands as regards tolerances and surface finish, etc. Our primary production consists of prototypes and minor series sizes.

CAD / CAM programming

We are the specialists in advanced programming. We use Mastercam and are able to receive most file types, including Solidworks, step, iges and dxf.

Product development

The CNC-department is ready to co-operate in developing new products. The basis may be a concrete prototype or an idea which just lacks the technical and practical execution. We shall be pleased to co-operate in the optimization of individual products as well as manufacturing processes.

Co-operation with subcontractors

In a close teamwork with our collaborators we are able to solve problems within hardening, wire spark test, surveying, laser cutting, anodizing, bronzing, galvanization and powder coating.
